Vision for the Show:
The mid form show Eldritch Roommate is an experiment in genre-mixing that injects the classic college sitcom with a surreal dose of forbidden powers and mythological evils–creating an
outlandish, one-of-a-kind cautionary tale about human greed.

If given a full-length adaptation, Eldritch Roommate would lean further into this niche, cult-like juxtaposition, becoming a highly-stylized limited series similar to I’m a Virgo or What We Do in the Shadows that defines a new, exciting take on the comedy genre using a weird new angle.

The general themes would remain the same, but with 6-to-8 improved episodes, the characters and B-stories would be fully explored in an exciting extrapolation of the current plot, turning this proof-of-concept trilogy into an eccentric limited series popular with low-budget narrowcasters such as Hulu.
