A dark comedy about two best friends, both named Dawn, who live in South Boston and run a few blocks doing low level work for the mob.

Dawn De Luca and Dawn O’Hara have been best friends since Mark Wahlberg was in The Funky Bunch. Just two young girls with dreams of being leg breakers, brought together by a shared love of The Patriots, Dunkin’ Donuts and aggressive violent behavior. It’s so wonderful they found each other.
The Dawns got their big break when De Luca’s cousin Carmine, who ran a few blocks for the mob, got busted and went to prison. The Dawns stepped in and have been doing the job ever since. They take a cut of old lady’s card games, “protect” the local businesses, they’ll even save someone a parking spot if that certain someone does them a favor in return. The Dawns spend most of their days talking about food, men and bustin' neighborhood balls. And on some occasions, they may or may not, make a few people disappear.
The Dawns have a vision board, and on it, along side tappin’ Tom Brady and Marky Mark, is the goal of rising to the top echelons of organized crime in Boston. Will they be able to move up and make it big in the mob or will their penchant for talkin’ trash, spending too much time at yard sales and buffets get in the way?!
