The Sit Room
A political satire. Secretary of Defense Robert McPherson leads a band of ruthless tacticians to combat the ills and enemies of the U.S. – both real and imagined – from inside the White House Situation Room.
Vision for the Show:
While the series starts as a political satire lampooning government ineptitude, misplaced priorities, and power-hungry bureaucrats, it would grow into a character-driven workplace comedy. Imagine THE WEST WING as THE OFFICE. Each episode would follow a case of the week format, the team would face crises at home and abroad – but ultimately, the series would grow beyond its premise to focus on the personality dynamics between the characters.
