Adam is bombarded by annoying spam calls for car warranties until he receives a strange voicemail where the scammer backpedals after she seems to recognize his name, sparking his curiosity and fear. Determined to uncover the caller's identity, Adam launches into a suspenseful investigation and coerces his best friends to become involved as well. His quest becomes a mission not only for himself, but for all of us, to free us of these incessant extended warranty spam calls.

Vision for the Show:
After the pilot, Adam drags his roommates into a wild goose chase a la Search Party to solve who is behind these extended warranty calls. After a series of red herrings ranging from them chasing an underground rotary club on the top floor of their building, a group of suspicious Italian guys opening up a debt collection call center next to Conrad’s workplace, and being connected with a sanitation worker’s prison ex-roommate who used to run phone scams (all of which turn out to be dead ends), just when all hope is lost–Unity, Ned’s one-time fling from the pilot–unexpectedly comes to the rescue, which leads them into a shocking and unexpected season finale which uncovers the true identity of the scammer’s voice from the pilot episode who is the “final boss” of extended warranty scams.
